I was refunded without my requesting it

So yesterday, I was really adamant on trying envato. I used my student email and tried to use my Gcash mastercard to pay for it. It didnt accept my payment, and proceeded to say “client error” and “technical error”. I deleted my cache and everything, and it wasn’t because the site was on maintenance but because I got shut out.

I used another email even if that means I won’t be able to use my student discount. This time I used my mom’s credit card. They accepted my payment, but then I received an email that my payment was refunded. Like why? I don’t know what else to do :disappointed:

It’s possible that you created another account with the same IP, therefor the system could detect it as not safe. It’s for safety reasons
