I´ve created an account to trial your services on september 28th, I´ve started the 7-day free trial as your site says and offers but immediately after completing the purchase I was charged for 33 USD $, I cancelled my suscription the same day and received a confirmation mail it was a 7-day free trial but still was charged!
I need help in this matter immediately!
