With respect this is not even close to the standards or really for a freebie.

  • Design is non-existent with issues throughout the basics of typography, hierarchy, lack of styling etc.

  • The images are all stretched and pixelated

  • Nowhere near enough pages or options

  • This is a super crowded category so anything new needs to be stand out.

Just look at the most recently approved one Millennium - Restaurant HTML Template by peacefulqode | ThemeForest (or others) - the volume of pages/versions of menus, attention to detail etc. That is what you are competing with.
