I see your nick is Shivamsharma2 and your email is shivamshrma - one “a” is missing (or should be like that?).

Hi @Shivamsharma2,

you will be able to download your purchased item(s) once you will confirm your email. As you can see in your screenshot there is a ‘Resend link’ to get the confirmation link email if you didn’t received yet.
