I wanna to buy a project in envato

Hello guys!

I’m from Brazil and I have never used the Envato website. But, I was seeing some projects here and I found a really nice project and I want to buy.

But, I have a doubts about how is the proccess of a order.

And the author told me that the source code have a Architecture Mvvm, but in the AD, haven’t nothing about this architecture.

So, how can I have sure this project use the architecture MVVM? And after I realize the payment, I receive the source code?

Sorry! I was reading the terms from envato, but I have this doubts.
