I have submitted an ecommerce PHP script that got rejected within 5 hours. They did not mentioned any specific reasons. They just said
“Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of “DDSS ECOMMERZ” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.”

The demo link is flagged as unsafe by both our work security and by Norton.
We wouldn’t be able to tell you exactly what’s causing it but if something as generic as Norton thinks there’s something wrong then there is a reasonable chance that the reviewer may have faced the same thing.
