I submit the admin template but not showing anywhere


I submitted admin template for review. But i can not see it anywhere on my account, dashboard or any other place.

I even didn’t get email after i upload files. I just saw it once after upload is finished. than after, it is not showing anywhere.

How can i know weather it is approved or rejected. Where can i see pending uploads?

Please guide. Thank you.

How will I know if my Item has been Soft or Hard Rejected?
At each stage of the review process, you will receive an email updating you on the status of your submission. The email will outline if the item has been Soft or Hard Rejected .

  • View the status of your submission via the email sent to you by the Quality Team.
  • If the email subject line contains “Needs Improvement”, your item has been Soft Rejected.
  • If the email subject line contains “Rejected”, your item has been Hard Rejected.

If you didn’t received any email and can’t find your item in your dashboard right sidebar then please Contact Author Support and let them know. Support Team will be happy to assist you.
