I requested a refund for a theme i bought… The money was refunded to my collection, i ordered your team to refund the money to my bank account, for the past 3 days now the money is not in my collection again and I’ve not received it in my bank account.

What’s the problem? Please i need the money back to my bank account.

Did they tell you that they’ve sent the money back to your card? If so, it could take up to 5-7 business days (i.e. not including weekends) to appear back in your bank account. Envato would have sent the funds immediately, but banks are often slow to process refunds.
