I requested a refund and was approved but

I requested a refund for the Avada theme, and it was approved. The download button was then removed from my dashboard on Theme Forest, but more than a week later, neither my dashboard earning section nor my Master Card have received the refund, even though I can see a refund statement.
In addition, when I received an email confirming that my refund request had been approved, there was no connection provided for me to contact the author or customer service.
