I purchased wrong item by mistake. How can I request an exchange?
Exchanges are not an option.
Technically mistaken purchases are not grounds for a refund, but you can follow the button in this link to request one and see if the author is willing to do it

If you haven’t downloaded the item, you may request a refund then purchase the correct item again. If the items are from the same author, you can explain the situation and most likely you could get a refund
