I purchased new theme (Academia), Installed but not working properly

Need Help, I was purchased new ACADEMIA theme for my domain www.digitalchandanthakur.com, I have installed activated in WordPress you can check it live here https://digitalchandanthakur.com/ looking very horrible. Slider not showing all layout looks messed up. I have sent a request (ticket number is removed by Mod.) to Envato but still not getting any reply or solution.

Someone, please help me out with this concern.

I kept the website live so that you all can visit and see the live website.

Thanks for quick reply. Kindly guide me how can i contact item author? I have to contact via envato or G5 plus? When i click on support then its redirect me to g5 website and there also asking login details.
