In your downloads - click the download button and choose “installable WordPress Files Only” and use that

If you can’t uploaded like @charlie4282 said, then unzip the theme and the child theme and upload it to:

wp-content/themes/

Thanks. I uploaded the child theme successfully but the other zipped file would still not load.

I’m guessing the other zip files are plugins. So go to plugins-> add new
If it does not work also then just unzip and upload to
wp-content/plugins/
