I’ve just started with a new wordpress site one of the first things I did was to purchase the theme that I want to build around. It’s called Photography. I paid and was sent a download link however When hitting the link I get this message.
This site can’t be reached
marketplace-downloads.customer.envatousercontent.com ’s server IP address could not be found.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
I sent a support request 24hrs ago and again 8 hrs ago but have had no response.
Can anyone in here help me please?
