The charge was approved, and the website notified me that the payment couldn´t be completed. My product is not either at the Downloads tab. I haven´t receive any answer from the help center.
Did you buy something on the Marketplace? Or are you using Elements?
I’m guessing Support will be your only option for this, and it looks like you already sent them a message. They will get back to you as soon as possible, it can take a while though, sometimes up to a little over a week.
