Were you using a download accelerator type program? That can cause issues with your download limit.
Nope. Only Chrome, I downloaded the file two times. I checked my history. Looks like a bug kind of thing. Is it possible that updating the theme from the WP site can cause that block? I was having some issues with the update on the backend of WP. I think that was the reason.
That could certainly be it. If the plugin is trying to update the theme by downloading it and is having issues.
In that case, there is a security breach, because I can bypass that security feature by downloading the file directly from the CDN. I can report the bug properly if you need me too. Do you have a bug bounty program?
