Hi VideoHive authors and reviewers,

I have received Envato Market‘s reply,the following figure：

In accordance with the letter said,“I can find the full list of someone soft-rejected item son the “hidden items” section on hard rejected (1) Clean Corporate Logo reveal”.But I can’t
find anything in the “hidden items”.

But I did not receive some notes about my soft-rejected items.
So I would like to ask me whether the project can be seen in the “hidden item”?

The newsletter text is is generic. Even if item approved it comes like that.

I think you have this status on newsletter “Hard rejected (1) Clean Corporate Logo reveal”

This means Hard Rejected.
