Wordpress plugin that performs this project?
1- On the page you have to generate a Form
Example
Name, address, telephone, drop-down field with 4 items to select etc.
2- Once the form is completed, the data is sent and must be listed (sorted by IP number or 2 letters + IP)
3- When the administrator performs the approval:
Option1: Mail is sent to the user with the Registration number (Thank you for your Registration),
and only some of the selected fields are published on the web with their visible registration number.
Option2: Some selected fields are published on the web without sending mail.
