I need help with my studio service (i'm a service provider)

I Was hand-picked long time which i don’t know when, and now after submitting my first service for about 14 days now, the studio have not say any thing.

this is the message i got since the first day i submitted the service. and since then no any other reply

So what is the problem here? You need to wait til your service gets approved on Envato Studio. That’s all :slight_smile:

As they mentioned on their email: “The Envato Studio review team works Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, Australian Eastern Standard Time.”

But is getting to 18 days now i only got a reply yesterday after sending 3 mails, that is what border me

You should keep in mind that many countries celebrated Easter Days. This can be a reason why the review time is longer.

finally our service has been approved by the Studio https://studio.envato.com/explore/wordpress-installation/45791-all-in-one-wordpress-installation-service, the crew is now in business again. Big thanks to every one that contribute to this thread.
