Hi dears, i changed the domain for my base hosting where i have a license for one theme. When i change the domain i can’t reactivate the license because i can’t remove it from the previous domain, so I get an error Your key has been installed on another domain. The hosting was the same but the license was connected to the domain…

how i can fix it? i already send a support request. Thanks

Assuming it was a request from the author, there’s nothing anyone could do it here to help you.
Bear in mind that, authors are not entitled to change the domain as you may be requested to purchase another copy.
