I want to ask some questions to the authors of two templates I just bought but the support center won’t let me log in saying that "account confirmation is required"after I registered. However, I have tripled checked my email and junk and spam folders for any email that might be from them asking me to confirm my account and I have not received any. Is there a phone number I can call to get this resolved? I don’t seem to find a customer service phone number. Thanks in advance!
