With respect this has no chance there are issues with just about every deign basic form hierarchy to typography, alignment and more.

If these things are not immediately apparent then this really is not likely to be the right place for you to be trying to sell items, also this is 4th item you asked for feedback in a week - success here requires investment and focus, just jumping from one idea to the next will almost guarantee failure and remove any opportunity to learn

hi I am sorry but what Charlie told u is nothing but the ugly truth … this does not stand a chance to be accepted one way or another indeed …
1- global style
to be honest there is no so much graphic design in here and I would recommend that u try to push the envelope about it so that u can add some extra value and in particular a touch of originality to this work, otherwise the thing will more than evoking a deja vu feeling and the feeling that the item is not worth the drive , pls see next point
2- low commercial potentiel
not only as I mentioned the item keep more than simple to say the least but in addition why would anybody buy something in a quality that they could get for free from the internet ? not to mention that in some cases, let’s face it, the content they would download would imply far less changes than what happens with your item as such …
3- contrast
in most of cases people who mess with this basic design principle mainly do out of failing to offer contrasting enough color combinations. In your case u do a little bit but u have a good deal of other sources of troubles as far as contrast goes, to be accurate … in some cases, too small characters, to thin font are also part of the reasons u are facing such troubles indeed … the problem is that one way or another , the consequences are the same, whenever u mess with contrast u get into being confronted with numerous addition issues in a snowball effect. There is no exception here. pls see th next points for details on hierarchy of information, exposure and readability
4- readability
indeed, between some color choices and the two thin fonts , or even the two small size of characters , it all comes out as having pretty unreadable texts here an there. The problem is that this is a corporate item and a template , in other words, the very bottom line that u are expected for is to handle everything properly so that the item is efficient. A possible lack of originality could be accepted but efficiency things must be part of the deal no matter what. This is what u fail to have here
5- exposure / hierarchy of information
I have regrouped both in one point in this case as they are very closely connected in this case. Actually, the positioning, color choices and other issues have a really negative impact of the whole visual the it comes to hierarchy, this is making the distinction between primary and secondary information very unclear and the eye tends to get lost out of trying to search the main information that is supposed to spring out indeed … look, a very good example of this is with 50% off … this should be something really emphasized , springing out so that this gets noticed. With what u have right now, the thing has been put in a corner, too close from the edge so that this is choking and not getting the proper impact and the lack of contrast finished to bury the concerned element …
6- alignment
once more, this is a very big and important issue since this is a basic design principle so that this is a lethal mistake for whoever does not handle it properly. here all the blocks seem very randomly organized indeed. The logo for instance is not aligned with “50% off” and the flagging is as wrong as the alignement, with contributes to highlight the failure to align things well …
7- flagging
well texts seem flagged in all directions and the immediate result is some sort of a disharmony visually and discomfort for eyes in the process of reading …
8- play out not completely coherent
speaking of reading , the z lay out is not completely coherent as one of the main impact zones is basically having nothing having any importance at all (right bottom corner)
9- icons
they keep rather simple and none of them is having the same stroke so that they look more put right next to each other rather than being part of a coherent whole …
10- logo
the logo is misaligned , is misplaced in the dedicated space and basically no feeling, apart form letting us see more about the misalignment … look at the way u placed the text there and u will understand what I am referring to , no doubt …
11- finition
why having a shadow one in on single area?
12- background
this is too simple, there is absolutely no work , no texture or whatever , for a place like GR this is definitely too light , not to mention that the background is plain white , which is not “dressing” the background much and reinforces the feeling of emptiness generated otherwise …
