I need a refund for a purchase I made today, when I translated the page to Spanish it appeared that I was buying a license for the Geo Pos program and it turned out that I was buying a support for a license that I had already bought a support. I need help.

This application works very badly, when I saw that they did not answer me quickly I bought another license and they discounted my card and did not give me the license.

As @KingDog suggested, you need to contact support but you could request refund, as well.
