today i made a purchase on hitech - university management system, institute and college, after which my account got locked. I didn’t get the file i paid for and i didnt get a refund, this is totally unfair, i was told by the customer support that my account will not be reinstated, now i need a refund somebody please help out

Hey @webusinessguru, if this happened while making your purchase then the refund will be automatic, although it may take several days to show up in your bank (especially with the weekend approaching). If you don’t see it after 7 days or so, please follow up through your Help ticket.
I’m yet to receive a refund on my previous purchase please help me out on this.
