I asked for a refund for his Horrible platform and Ignoring my requests, how Can I get a refund ASAP, in the morning I will file a charge back with my bank for theft as I did not obtain the services I thought I would, Thanks
Don’t file a chargeback as doing so will automatically lock your Envato account.
Instead, open a refund request at the following link. Be sure to briefly and accurately explain the reason for the request: https://codecanyon.net/refund_requests/new
The request will initially be sent to the author. If they choose to decline it, a link will appear on the request’s details page to dispute that decision directly with Envato.
