I need a newsletter plugin for wordpress

Hello,
I am looking for plugin for my wordpress website.
Plugin must have these kind of options.

  1. User can subscribe the all posts.
  2. User can subscribe to specific search (get email alerts)
  3. User have option to subscribe to specific Category or Tag
  4. Admin can have to limit these kind of options. (full control)
  5. Admin can add Newsletter templates and send newsletter.

If anyone can help me with this please let me know.

I know that, my purpose to create topic, may be someone buy or using any plugin already so they can share me directly instead to search.

Are you dumb man, I need a good plugin so that’s why I am asking for the best one, may be someone is using or know the better plugin.
