As I can see it is missing few files on your installation. Revolution slider is not working and some graphic files from template is missing. Do you have some specifications what you want to customize?

I do not understand what you tell me, I want to add fields in the creation of apartments and make it more graphical (icons) and fields drop or multiselection.
