With respect this is a long way off.
Generally the design i very out dated
Typography and hierarchy needs rethinking
A lot of copy and past content throughout the pages makes it feel unfinished
You need to consider the jobs element - this is a good unique item but the execution could be better and if this is just HTML then managing it is going to be a nightmare as everything will require a ton of manual updates each time anyone joins or details change
