I have to renew my support subscription for the Bridge theme

Surely renewal of support doesnt require a whole new purchase of the theme?

You don’t even need to extend/renew your support if everything works fine.
It’s only required to ask author questions, you can download the latest update any time if there’s one

Hi I am doing a required plugins update and the layer slider is not updating and gives off License activation is required to receive updates. Wanted to contact support for that. There is nowhere on their theme to click renew just for support.

Going to theme forest just gives you an option to buy the license.

The latest version of the plugin should be within the ZIP file. ( Download section )You may check the /plugins folder and try to update manually.

Apart from that, plugin license is not included to the theme. If there’s no problem with the website, you can ignore the warning or purchase the plugin to get the updates directly from the plugin author.

Hi thanks for that … I dont even use the layer slider, its just an annoying message at the top of the admin until its updated. These plugins are bought by themes and licensed with the theme and as it is a required plugin that came with the update of the theme, I cant get rid of it.

PS Where can I got within Theme Forest to purchase theme support without buying the license?

You can just ignore it. You can renew the support by clicking the link on “Download” section or you can go to the item URL

I cant ignore it, its a huge banner on the admin. Thanks for showing me how to renew support via theme forest :slight_smile:

Is there anyway to contact them regarding this other than forking out nearly $100 AUD?
