I think you are missing, or at least under-rating an important point.
Submitting someone else’s work, let alone wothout even taking their name or content out is not only disrespectful and a waste of everyone’s time, but also illegal.
Personally, I would like to see anyone doing this banned for life. I just don’t see how someone who sees that as ok should ever be trying or allowed to sell stuff somewhere like here.
