I have sold an item. But then couple of hours later disappeared

Hi,
Today have sold an item. Couple of hours later suddenly disappeared as if not sold at all. I didn’t get any refund request. Buyer didn’t reach me in any ways. Not commenting, not email nothing. Does that happen. Can i buy any item and then a few hours later get my money back without any explanation. You can see below screenshot something definitely is wrong. It says purchases: 0. Item sales: 20.63. What is going on?

Maybe you got sales reversal.

A sales reversal occurs when a purchase is reversed by the payment provider (eg. payment gateway or bank) through either a credit card or Paypal account. Reversals are enforced by the payment provider and actioned in accordance with their policies. As an author, your statement (your Statements page) will be updated to reflect the reversed transaction.

Ok yes i can see that now. Did buyer downloaded my item. Besides this ruined my reputation. Now people see that maybe something is wrong with my item.

most probably yes. but don’t worry!

When a reversal occurs, Envato will:

  • Immediately disable the Envato account from which the purchase was made;
  • Remove the item from the customer’s Downloads page;
  • Invalidate the purchase code for the item.
