I have problem with installing Essential Grid Plug in, and activation of Slider Revolution

Hello,

I just bought the Good Store Theme, and I have problems with Activating Slider Revolution and The plugin Essential Grid cannot be installed. Error: Destination folder already exists. /hermes/bosnacweb04/bosnacweb04at/b2815/ipg.stylingportalcom/styling-mag/wp-content/plugins/essential-grid/

When I deleted form the server the error when installing is Missing header.

Please tell me want to do.

First thing please keep a backup before making any change in server.
You can try with this:

  1. Make a backup (must)
  2. remove slider and grid plugin from plugins folder
  3. Upload slider and grid plugin from plugins folder
  4. Active those plugin

If this not work for you then The best way to get this support is Contact your purchased Item Author.
