Ihave no demo pages in the umbrella modernist theme.
Can anyone help me to find out, where can I get them.

Have you imported demo content? This is a WordPress theme so the pages are not there by default - you need to import the content first. This will be covered in the documentation with the file.

It could be in the theme options or an XML import - if you check the documentation for the theme it will almost certainly be in there
