Hi.
I have no contact with the webmaster and cannot register my copy of Enfold theme. He leaves our country more than year ago. He does not respond to emails and phone calls. He gave me access to the site and sent Licence Certyficate. I have licensee author, purchase code, item id, purchase date, etc.I paid for the licence to him.
How can I active my Enfold theme?

You don’t understand me. My webmaster - the company was doing webpage for me, purchased Enfold theme by Envato Market. The purchase was made for me. Now, I have licence certyficate, but I can not register the code because I don’t have acces to his account. I have licensee author, purchase code, item id, purchase date, etc.
How can I get API?

If you’re referring to the issue about registering the item, you can use the link I provided to contact the item author for the support.

If you’re in need to create an API on Envato to get the updates, etc, you can’t. You need to have the access to “his” aka webmaster Envato account.
