I have load the demo. But my site don't work. Why?

Hi. I have purchased the Lean Theme from Theme Forest. Installation was ok. I have used a plugin to install my demo, as the documentation says. But, my site doesn’t load. Why?

Sorry my ignorance… but how do I do that? I tried to send an email, but the author doesn’t reply.

Usually authors reply in less than 48 hours. But some of them reply a bit slower(1 week, maybe). If you don’t get any reply you can ask for a refund (Of course, if the item is broken).
