i hope you understand my question is if i use one layer then envato reject my psd or i use layer for each selection? how they approve one colour background how i use background color layer?

From your topics assign category and tags I thought your concern about themeforest template but I think your concern about graphicriver. Hope experts from graphicriver will help you about this. Just I think you have to create a full layerd psd where each section will be different layer (Graphic items that are layered should be labelled in English) and now color as you think best one/multi.
