My current WP configuration

PHP / MySQL Version: xampp 3.2.2 server
Theme used: Classiera
Addresses site: http://www.hotel.molka.cm

Issue (s) encountered: breakdown of the home page

I use the layerslider plugin to insert a slide to the homepage of my site and I would like to cut this portion of the page to introduce the text alongside this slider.I do not know how to do it.
