I got deceived by Themeforest

Hi
I bought 3 days ago a theme called propper
the least thing I can say it is not working like the worst thing ever
It is a fraud
I paid money for not only not working theme but also a WordPress destroyer
plugins are not working, no demo content

and I tried to contact themeforest twice but no one recalled me !!
I do not think this is professional to put such unworking and untested themes !!

your purchased theme (propper) author does not currently provide support for this item and the theme Last Update 20 July 17 .

If theme not working then You can request a refund here.

3 days now and still no replays on my refund request any clue !!

if the author does not respond to the refund request within 7 days, you will be given an option to raise a dispute with Envato. This option should appear automatically as a link or button on the refund request details page after 7 days.
