I get an error in wordpress CONJ issue and I can't use its blocks. :(

Hello everyone, it’s a shame to bother you, but I need help, buy the CONJ theme and I haven’t been able to use it because the author is no longer in ENVATO and I have been blocked from using my theme nor the author responds to me and wants me to buy the subject again something that seems abusive if I had already bought it. I get the following error and I can’t use the blocks.

that error leads me to place the code of my product but when placing it nothing happens and I continue with the same error … :frowning:

For any technical query about theme functionality the best choice will be contact theme Author and let them know How to Contact your purchased theme Author, theme author will be happy to answer your query.

Thank you for answering me, precisely because I contacted the author I come to you in the forum, the author is a dishonest person who wants to sell me a new update of the subject. 5 months ago I bought the word CONJ theme for $ 59 dollars with 6 months of support per month I could no longer access the demonstrations of my topic I wrote to ENVATO and they told me to contact the AUTHOR and I did that, but instead of Help me started showing me the updates of the subject so that I bought it again and it didn’t help me. A few months ago that I no longer have access to the theme blocks as I show you in the picture, I contacted the AUTHOR again and he doesn’t want to help me if I don’t buy him the subject again. If your support expired then you have to extended support period to get support from the item author. If your support not epired then author are responsible to support you within Envato Market Item Support policy

If you are talking about item update then you don’t need to purchase again because when you will purchase an item then you can download the item and update version for lifetime free of cost from your envato market account Download page.

I still have support time and for 5 months I am asking for help and nothing. His excuse is that he no longer belongs to ENVATO and wants me to buy the update, the guy has not supported me for 5 months.

you have 3 options:

  1. Contact Author support and request them to support you.
  2. if you think author not interested to assist you then you can open envato Help ticket and let them know.
  3. For doing this job you can hire one of the WordPress experts freelancer at Envato Studio.

Thank you msgcoder for answering , and to make the first two steps and also asked for my money back, I am in the process and waiting for a response from ENVATO, as for the AUTHOR it is only interested that I buy him, in the 5 months that I have asked him for help he never has done.
That’s why I went to the forum to ask for help. :frowning_face:
