I earn less than 50%, why?

Hi guys,

I’m exclusive author, my item price is $14 but I can only get $6.99, not $7. I was not happy but still don’t want to take much time to ask about it.
Since I sold > $4000, I should get 51%, that means I should get $7.14 per sale, but I currently get $6.25 (without any taxes).
I’ve sent an email to Envato but no one replied, can someone tell me why? I’m not happy and I hope someone will explain to me.

UPDATE: Sorry, it’s my fault. I’ve just focused about my product and didn’t though that new ADP affected with new calculation formula. Still wondering about my $6.99 before :slight_smile:

Fixed buyer fee is $4 for PHP Scripts category.

So, $14 - $4 = $10

Your author fee rate is %37.50

$10 - %37.50 = $6.25

So you will earn $6.25 for per $14 item sale, before the new ADP role, you would earn $7

Increase your price to earn more.

You need to set your item price to $21+ to earn more, not less.

Sorry, my fault. I’ve just focused about my product and didn’t though that new ADP affected with new calculation formula. Thanks for your recommendation :slight_smile:
