If the link does not appear on your refund form, please contact Envato support directly using the following URL. Include your refund request ID and, if possible, attach a screenshot of the refund request form in your ticket
Was your refund request rejected by the author? What was the reason for your refund request? If it does not meet Envato Refund Rules, your request may be considered invalid, and raising a dispute might not result in a refund.
