I don't know if my refund was issued

Hello, yesterday I requested a refund for a theme that was broken and out of date.

I had my old email address on my account so I didn’t get the email with the tracking link on it so I don’t know what the result was of the enquiry.

However I logged in this morning to write the refund request again (so I had a record of it) and it wasn’t showing in my purchases. There was also nothing showing as a refund in my statement page.

Can anyone in the TF team shed some light on the result please? Or message me directly? Thanks.
