I don't have ticket support but the theme suddenly started to fail.

Hi, one year ago I have bought the Lawyer Base theme (Goodlayers). Suddenly, the theme has started to make a lot of errors on widgets editor. I didn’t touch this theme since 3 months al least. And now, I cant have support because my support ticket is not renewed. I understand this if I do something on my theme but, I didn't do anything! And I need to edit the text of some widgets and I cant, is not charging this editor. How could I have help with this theme if the provider does not allow me to contact if I don’t have a ticket support? Please, I need to change the text for a client.

Are you using the latest version of WP and the theme?

There is definitely pugins that need updating - if that’s one of the core plugins for the theme then that could the problem (I don’t speak Spanish so I can’t translate the error)

You could use item comments to see if the author has any idea or else you could renew your support.
