I uploaded 2 logos. I don’t get feedback. Why ?
Only soft rejected items get feedback.
Envato get tens of thousands of submissions each month so providing individual feedback is just not feasible

viewed and disappeared
thus u have the rejection message in the spam folder and the logo that u uploaded has been taken out from servers … they are not saving files in the platform, u have to do it on your own
