I do not see the "become a member" icon in my account

Hi. I have an account with Audio Jungle and Video Hive. I want to become a member of Photodune. I click on the phtodune icon (I am inside) but I do not see the option in the menu “Make a member” nor the Upload option or the form to send the 10 test photos.
I appreciate any help.

They aren’t accepting new submissions to photodune at the moment
