I didn't receive email?

I didn’t receive email order (paypal) and verify user. I change new email and receive notice:

As a security precaution you need to confirm ownership of your PayPal account to access
Envato Market.
We’ve sent an email to" xxxxxxxxxxx" which contains a link to re-enable your account.

I didn’t receive email link to re-enable your account to old email. Please re-send link to re-enable your account in old email.

There’s no officially support for these issues on the forum. Forum is more likely for general purposes. You should wait for the answer
