I didn’t got any support from the Theme Author.I continuously mailing them and creating ticket in the support. But no use of that. I wasted my money by buying their Theme. Now, they changed to RubikThemes. In their support, even I can’t able to create a ticket.Really I dont’t know, why they are charging for support.
Be sure to give the author plenty of time to respond, remember there’s people submitting content from all over the world.
