I changed my PayPal account on the 8th of April but

I changed my PayPal account on the 8th of April but, I have not received payments on my new account
I sent three messages to customer service and no one answered me

Pretty sure you would have had to alter it by April 1st for it to work

Unfortunately, I changed it on April 8, and I do not know the fate of my payments
Is there a similar solution or experience?

It probably just means that the payment will roll over until next month. You won’t lose it
