I tried several times but i couldn’t upload my motion graphic video. I got error message evertime which is “attachments, thumbnail: is not presentattachments, preview image: is not present” what does it mean ?

Sorry SpaceStockFootage, I realise the solution seems obvious, but it wasn’t.
This error popped up while using a square video format in a Motion Graphics upload.
I believe the watermark preview fails to generate, thus spitting that error.
It won’t let you upload a thumbnail and preview image.
I managed to get around this by zipping the video file. This stops the auto-preview from generating and allows you to upload your custom thumbnail and preview image.
