Hi, I bought The 7 theme but I can’t to install in wordpress. In the help center have been mentioned about the Installation Guide or Help Documentation but I can’t find this in my .zip file. I’m feel very confuse. I sent an email and I followed all the instructions without success. Can you help me, please?
What is the exact problem/error message you are having?

Wordpress just say error in installation, no more. I extract all the .zip and all the files are good. I think that I need to do something first but I don’t have Installation Guide.
Unfortunately, that could be a lot of things - I’d def contact their support as I am sure it is nothing major.
I would expect the documentation with the theme to cover installation? Have you tried that?
