I can't see themes

When I visited your site, I got the error message “can’t connect to the verification code provider. Please wait for a while and try again.”

If you use google captcha, we have to use proxy to see the verification code.
It doesn’t look like my IP is banned because I could log into this forum. The problem is with the verification code.

Please help.

Thanks for your suggestion.

I tried Firefox and Chrome without proxy. Both failed with the same error message.
Then I tried proxy. It worked.

Very likely my IP triggered the verification. The engineer didn’t realize that we couldn’t pass the verification without seeing the code.

It’s not the first time. Last month I saw the same and failed.

I’m also having this issue. Even I can’t submit a request on support, see the screenshots I show you.
I tried clear the caching, removed the extensions, cookies… on all browsers.
Please advise. Thanks!
